Thee WORST Work Comp management company in the western U.S. They all find new and different ways to screw with and deny treatment for injured workers and employees. They often deny treatment, or just flat not approve treatment. Delaying getting treated is zHuge also. Whatever the treating doctor or licensed physical therapist recommends, AdminSure will cut the treatment #'s in at least half. They often try to steer u to their "preferred docot, ect., who usually are incompetent. ADMINSURE is the worst Work Comp management agency, and should be renamed, AdminNo, AdminNotSure, AdminLet me Get back

This company is a pathetic excuse of a company, Kim Ambroise and Kristen Vanscourt are two useless employees that don’t do their jobs. Because of these two we kept getting harassing emails and texts from a third party company that they were responsible to pay in 2021. A year later and these bills still have not been processed or paid. AdminSure did not follow up and wanted to make excuses for why they didn’t pay.

Adminsure's employee misconstrued the situation at small claim court hearing. Very dishonest. They pretend to work with you but stab you in the back and still pretend to be on your side. Do not trust them.

The worst, I have had 6-7 different people that handle my case. It’s a revolving door of staff. Thank god for my work comp Attorney. It’s always some excuse why my meds are not at my house. I was a firefighter/paramedic for over 30 years and had work related cancer, and multiple other surgeries.

Very unprofessional and rude have very horrible experience I do not know how the city of lynwood contract this company to handle city claim.I had a? by the name of Jim McCormack if you get this guy just go ahead and file your small claims court he doesn't return calls and has no know ledge of how to help you with your claim.A city tree fell on my car damaged it completely he said the tree had been trimmed two years ago not the city of lynwood fault? Damage literally totalled out car.Let me show you.Lucky nobody was in the car when it happened they would have been dead.So to say not the city fault is insanely wrong but will see them in court and will cost them more then original estimate. I'm trying to post the pics anybody can see the city of lynwood is at fault

This company has employees that has very little knowledge how to do their work. They can not process a check in 45 days; they said they mailed it to you 30 days ago. God help people who needs their services.,
