We have been customers with Charpentier for almost 23 years. Now they have changed to NavSav and all of a sudden I cannot get in contact with them. I have left an abundance of voice messages, because that is all I can do, starting in April, no one has contacted me at all. My advice to any one looking at NavSav, find another company. I am starting another round of messages and will also be looking for another agency to handle our home, vehicles, and RV.
