Called this company to get my 401k distribution withdrawal due to no longer working for my former employer. First of all, the rep that helped me, was rude and had an attitude. She pretty much rushed the whole transaction.

I called 3 weeks later to get the status of the checks because I still haven't received them. Apparently, the rep who helped cut the checks, sent them to the WRONG address. This 2nd rep said she'll put a stop payment on those checks and once they are back in the account, they will resend me the checks.

A week later I received the reissued check in the mail. Well, 3 weeks later, I received the original 3 checks in the mail. All three checks combined together was $300 more than the reissued check. I called to figure out why that was the case. Nobody told me there was a stop payment fee of $30.00 EACH check totaling $90.00.

I asked for a refund or a credit because it was not my fault their rep didn't know how to verify my address and didn't do their job correctly. "Management" says they cannot refund because the rep who initiated didn't do it properly so with that being said they will not refund me, maybe due to policy not sure.

If you have 401k with this company, please reconsider a different 401k company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would! The customer service at this company is non-existent. I initiated the process to withdraw from my retirement plan four months ago, provided all required documents accurately, and yet they are still withholding my funds. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response whatsoever. Their automated reply directs me to call a specific number, but after countless attempts, I am met with customer service agents who are completely unaware of my case.

Sadly, my experience seems to align with numerous other reviews. It appears that this company profits immensely from their unprofessional behavior.

Spoke to 4 people today who all hung up. Very rude. I believe someone at this organization stole my information. Staff will disconnect on you refuse to give confirmation numbers. Supervisors don’t call back when requested I am so disgusted by this organization I could spit fire. I wish someone who actually liked their job would call to assist.

Spoke with Carlos who yelled and we got into a verbal argument because he refused to contact a supervisor for my request

Spoke with shakita who did the same. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business I hope everyone reads this and pulls your business they are a terrible lying thieving company
