I contacted State Farm and was in touch with Corey Olsen about rates for a few different type of police’s. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was! Corey took time to get to know me and find out which policy was best for me and my needs. Having someone be as personable as him made it easy to choose the right policy. So glad I was able to talk to Corey and had a positive experience. Most times when I call insurance companies the really try to push you into something you don’t want, Corey was the opposite of that. These days, absolutely nothing feels better than to have great customer service. My prediction is that in the future those will be the companies that will succeed hugely. Kevin took the time to problem solve my situation, and he was proactive in resolution. I am very grateful.

In the coming years, I will be giving my money predominantly to companies that have this kind of personal service. It wasn’t just a great rate, it was the follow up, it was the personal interaction, and the patience on both our parts to get this done, like a team!

My family has kept our insurance with State Farm for multiple decades, but Ricky is what keeps us with State Farm. He truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. I've been driving the same truck forever, and did not have any experience purchasing new vehicles or dealing with sales people. Ricky spent an entire day with me, educating me and walking me through the process from researching dealerships online, soliciting offers from those dealerships, negotiating in person, and evaluating deals from both a lease and purchase perspective. His experience and depth of knowledge made me more comfortable with the experience, and I purchased a car knowing that I had made a great deal. Ricky might sell insurance, but his business is networking and he knows the value of building long-lasting relationships. I cannot recommend him enough!
