I needed to switch my auto insurance and i was recommended to James Chen at State Farm. I was able to get a quote that was lower than what i was already paying. Needless to say, I switched over. While I was there, he explained the other services that they offered. I had no idea they offered checking accounts. With the problems I have had at the major bank chains, I decided to open a checking account as well. The whole process was easy and effortless. The staff was very friendly and helpful and James explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I love this office. I've worked with many different insurance agents and James Chen and his team are the best! I've had the pleasure of working with Agent James Chen and his office manager Karen on many occasions. Each time they have made my experience fun and positive. They are always super patient and take the time to explain coverages and answer any questions. They have never made me feel pressured or dumb for not knowing something about insurance. They are extremely knowledgable and have taught me a lot about the risks and benefits of having or not having certain coverages.
