Absolutely blown away by the services here. I worked specifically with Nicole for a huge drone aviation liability policy for a last minute job. She was able to get me fully squared away in less than 24 hours, with absolutely zero notice. They fully understand how the entertainment industry works and are unbelievably fast in getting things done. I actually dropped them at the end of last year because I found a cheaper alternative, but ended up coming back to TCP because of how efficient and knowledgable they are. TCP provided the type of personalized service that seems more rare each year. When shopping for video production insurance, I got four quotes from solid companies. But TCP took the time to find out what our actual needs as a smaller video production company were rather than over insure with things like wardrobe and Hollywood production type coverage of no use for my particular situation. Also rare these days was reaching someone on the phone and getting responses to my emails in a timely manner. Our experience—including the filing of claim for a damaged lens a couple of years ago—has been nothing but exceptional.
