I've been a customer for over 10 years, Gamal the previous agent was awesome and attentive to any issues I or my parents had. This new agent Anna Romero is unethical and just plain rude! Will be changing to a new agent or new insurance company.

Beware of Over charges/price changes AND the Worst attitude ever. The lady’s in the front try to be helpful and the only reason why I kept coming back for years. The owner ANNA is the worst.
she gets easily bothered about any question you have. It can even be about paying, doesn’t matter. her attitude makes you want to spend your money else where! She gets “ghetto” real quick. She will using fight words and bad body movements to intimate you on your questions and over charges. It’s pretty ridiculous how she acts for a business owner. Im hear hoping to save the bad vibes she leaves you with after every encounter with her.

I give this agency absolutely 5 stars! I have been a long time customer of this agency and I can say that this agency has taken a dramatic change after Anna became the agency owner. Customer service is an obvious priority and all the representatives are amazing! They all know exactly what they are doing and are very good at it! Anna, keep up the great work! P.S. The new agency location is awesome!

Allstate car insurance protects its criminal drivers. I was struck by a hit-and-run suspect in Red Robin parking lot. My fiance took a picture of their license plate. We have a police report. And Allstate said we did not provide enough physical evidence. Just another example of a big corporate agency screwing the little guy to save a penny.

Don't trust them for anything.

Anna has been our insurance broker for 12 yrs . She is ve professional . She assisted my husband and I with a problem we has with a claim. Give her 5 stars the adjuster 0 stars. I won't change brokers. Thanks Anna
