I’m seriously shocked by these good reviews! My accounts (3 property insurance policies) went to Jeff’s office when my agent retired. When I needed to update the additional insured on all three policies it took FIVE phone calls or emails to get it right. Other questions were not properly addressed and emails not returned. When I realized I would never get competent service, I canceled two policies. They canceled one “twice” and never canceled the second as requested. I’m currently shopping provider for the third. I can’t trust this agent/office and can’t get out fast enough!
