Worst of the worst! Harry Bryant's office insured my father in laws rental property for many years. One parcel with 3 rental units. This was his only source of retirement income except SS. One of the units fell into disrepair from long term, undetected and unintended water damage. After tenants moved out and the damage was obvious, the unit was condemned. Harry Bryant's office refused to cover it as a loss. They said they earlier on dropped the 3rd structure from being covered! My FIL was never notified by certified letter, nor called. HE WOULD HAVE NEVER ALLOWED ONE OF HIS INCOME PRODUCING UNITS TO GO UNINSURED!! The mortgage company told us it was highly unethical what Harry Bryant's office did. They are to insure ALL the units on the parcel or none. They cant cherry pick which units to cover. We opened up a case with the California Dept. of Insurance and then FARMERS tried to pretend that they didnt cover the property at all!! They actually said they insured only his home. WRONG! His home is covered by a different insurance company!!! You cant make this stuff up! Shady and unethical.
