After 20 years of using Davenport Nationwide Agency with a great relationship, the Owner retired and I was sent to another Nationwide Agency. My rates went up without any claims 12% a year for several years. Then the Kilgro Agency bought them out. After a direct hit from Hurricane Zeta the second company told me that our $10k deductible was in affect for all of our 60 buildings. It was about a year after the hurricane that Kilgro Nationwide Agency, was able to buy out the other. Ms.Tonya Crowe, with Kilgro was able to look into my past policy and found that there was only a $10k deductible per policy and was able to even get our rates lowered. I appreciate honesty and hard work by the Kilgro Agency and would refer them to anyone.
