very unprofessional - spoke with Walter for some colton properties - provided our application, we were ready to move in and pay 6 months in advance. stated he would reach out in an day or so and never heard from him again even after numerous calls and emails made to him. Found a property elsewhere , glad i didn’t sign a lease with this company , how are they still in business . unbelievable

So after renting from Frome for 5 years and establishing a business and customer base Walter Frome decides not to renew the lease, when they say they support small business ,don't believe it. Also during this time there was a fire in the building (suspected arson) at which time the fire dept. destroyed my unit, cut roof for fire break, turned off water etc, several tenants did not have water or sanitation for 7 weeks ! Did Walter do anything to fix situation ? hell no ! I had to fix it myself and with hold rent , write letters threatening legal action etc to get any response out of Frome investments, good luck if you deal with this SLUMLORD !

Have a unit off of Philadelphia in Ontario California. After work hours someone backed into our man door in the back.. Unable to open the back door and has been like this for 8 + months and cannot seem to get it fixed. We waste an average of 35 minutes a day having to walk around the building to unlock and lock. Cannot seem to get ahold of anyone, and when I finally do they are very rude and unprofessional.

We have been trying to get ahold of the property manager managing units in Ontario, CA. On Philadelphia Street and never get a reply from them. We’ve sent multiple emails and made multiple calls reaching out to this Company regarding leasing these units and never even get a courtesy call saying either they’re leased already or whatever the problem may be which is very UNPROFESSIONAL!

Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I have never experienced a property management company that does not acknowledge a business invested in leasing a space following an online application process, or after several calls and emails finding out that a call or message was sent (when it wasn't) to inform the potential client that the space is not available. Shocking. If I was the property owner I would fire the property management company......Ted is worthless.

Complete discriminatory practices. As a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in California for 15 years, these folks would not rent an office space to me based on the type of work I do. I am also a mixed media artist and this appeared to be a well designed office space for seeing professional clients and working with art based practices.

They state they have no cameras on site, so I’m guesssing that some illegal activity is happening here. Especially based on the assumption that I am not a legitimate business owner who might engage in unethical practices with clients. Absolutely shameful and disgusting to make that kind of assumption.

I called and i spoke with a female rep. Then i asked if its available for cars, and says No. and im still talking and suddenly said to me. “THANK YOU FOR CALLING” then hang the phone! ?‍♂️ So bad
