Jorge was very straightforward with his appraisal and discussed all of the options available to sell our house. I reviewed this with my family and we found it a fair offer that took care of all the hassles and details required to sell so we could move. I'd finally come to a point where it was time to move out of Bakersfield California. I wanted to move quickly, my house was in no danger but I wanted to see what I could get on the Market selling it quickly. I wasn't really expecting to sell to the first buyer as I didn't believe that they would give me a fair market value but to my surprise they more than met my needs and exceeded my expectations.. Jorge and Daniel were very professional and very responsive to my needs along the way. I got good value for my house, didn't have to hassle with making any repairs or hassle with hiring a real estate agent to sell my property, and they made me very comfortable along the way with any questions that I had as it was the first time I'd ever sold a house. Definitely an honest and professional company to deal with!
