Gigi and her team are awesome! She has been my agent for over 15 years. Through a move to SoCal and many life changes including remarriage, kids all turning 16 (yikes!), new homes, accidents - you name it - the Horton team has dealt with it! She makes it extremely easy to add new policies and is very calming in situations where you need State Farm to step in. They’ve never dropped the ball once and are very responsive every single time we reach out. Despite moving far away, I wouldn’t dream of changing agents.

I want to take a moment to thank Angelica Rojas with State Farm Insurance. She is the Customer Service Representative in their Fairfield, CA office. I had situation that required a number of follow up's from there office. Angelica was always responsive and ready to assist and answer questions throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her any time you need help. She is the best!!

Long over due review here for my favorite Insurance Agent and staff (Angelica)! I've been with Gigi for over 17 years now and she and her team are always quick to respond to any requests. She checks in once in a while to make sure things are good. It's nice to know I can always email, call or visit her office when I need assistance.
