Returning home from Florida, my Toyota 4R car that was parked on my garage had a flat tired. I was so lucky that Corina had signed my insurance with road assistance. I called State Farm, asking Corina if I had road assistance, and she confirm and went many extra steps to help me. She directly called the road assistant service on my area. The gentleman it was changing my large tire, ten minutes later and recommended a place that they repair my tire, rotate the 4 tires and store under my car my extra tire. Thank you, Corina; you are so kind and helpful, and you are really bright my day, because after a long trip that allowed me to stop at the supermarket and buy dinner! Thank you so much Corina. So great that you work at State Farm! Love State Farm too.

I spoke with Taliah Allen over the phone for a quote I got online and she refused to offer that quote. Going as far as to lock me out from further preventing me from looking at it. She kept going in circles and stated that she could not offer the state minimum because I could get sued but that wouldn’t affect them. They’re not going to fulfill their end until they get a price they want not the one you want. She was rude and this office is doing terrible malpractice.

I am glad my research led to a call and a call that turned out to be the most important thing to have discussed. Mica was thorough and very well versed. Never had such good experience with insurance agents before. At State Farm they don't just answer your questions but you learn so many relevant aspects regarding auto, property, renters, medical and life plan schemes.

Corina and her team are exceptional! I came to her, desperate for home insurance, after being dropped by my former insurer due to "fire risk" although we have never had a claim! We were denied by every company we tried and were being forced into Covered California when Corina came to the rescue. We now have excellent coverage with State Farm, including our vehicles and an umbrella policy, for less than our prior coverage! She and her team take the time to get all of the details right, are professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they respond quickly to all inquiries and requests. We could not be in better hands!
