By far the worst experience I've had as a tenant the property has black mold the light fixtures light switches and outlets were all shorted and burning out which I replaced and purchased the switches and outlets out-of-pocket never got them reimbursed. The first year that I was renting I asked for help to get rid of the coke inhabitants and they never helped me I was a victim of domestic violence and they because the domestic partner wanted to call it quits of our relationship decided with her and remove me off the contract and only gave me half of my deposit which I paid in full when the rental agreement was signed. The money came out of my bank account and they only gave returned half of it, so they continue to new rental agreement with the ex-wife with my money which they should have done a new contract with her and had her do her own security deposit instead of using my money. Turn the time that I was asking for help that main office never called back emails didn't get responded to. By far the worst Management group I have ever heard of or dealt with.

and from what I was told by somebody who bought a house from the group they did not replace what they said they were going to replace outlets electrical switches plumbing issues they were all swept under the rug upon sale of said property. They told these new homeowners that they would take care of it and about 20 plus years later they never have. The word is worth nothing, they have no word they have no honor.

The staff in the office is just the worst they will not help you if your male they will not help you if you're a victim of domestic violence as a male.

There's proof of a lot of questionable purchases of properties and how they obtained them and how they manage them

Nobody returns your phone calls after you leave a message. They claim to have a phone number that you can call to get help they never called back. They have a number that you can text if you have any questions at any time of day they never reply.
Oh but they're quick to send you the reminder to pay the rent.

Now if everybody knew how much what happened to the covid fund relief the government gave went everybody would be outraged and would be definitely disgusted with the conditions of their properties. I never understood why their properties had plumbing issues electrical issues if they got huge amount of money from the government

My AC has been out since 9/30. I have a medical condition. They never answer the phone. Nobody is ever in the office. I had a tech here finally but they didn't answer his call for approval so he left. I'm dying over here. It's over 100 degrees outside.

I highly recommend using Judy to manage your rental properties. Judy is professional, licensed and uses the most up to date technologies for billing and statements. She keeps me up to date with what is going on with my properties.

She has done an excellent job in exiting a former tenant and locating a new tenant in just 1 week! 0 people skills. None. I was told as soon as I went in that I need to make 45,000 a year to qualify to rent a property. She right awsy assumed I didn't make that much. Who is going to rent making that much Do yourself a favor and go else where. Just look at the reviews and you'll know I'm not lying.

Terrible woman at the front desk. She was dissrespectful to my mother automatically assuming we didnt make enough or qualify for a property. They need to hire a new lady at the front desk one who isnt rude. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THEM.

Very dishonest...before purchasing our home we had an inspection the inspector notified us of a broken pipe under the home and ac not throwing cold they told us that they were gona take care of it and never did...we trusted them so we didn't check if issues were fixed once we moved into our home we found out ac still didn't work so we had to take care of. Fast forward to 1 year it started smelling like sewer and we found out the broken pipe never got fixed so now we can't live in our home because the smell is so bad and I have a 2 month old baby that can be affected by the toxic smell plus we have to pay for the damages..never again putting my trust in anyone they say they will help you but in reality they just want to make a profitable sale
