My family and I are so fortunate to have been connected with Cissy when we began our search for a new home in Bakersfield, CA!

Even though we were LA based, the information and communication from Cissy was above and beyond what we could have asked for. She provided us with every single detail needed to make our decision.

During the Escrow process, she was always available to me anytime I had a question and worked alongside our lender to keep things moving in the right direction and within a timely manner. Being a first time homebuyer, Cissy was there for me to help navigate and answer any questions I had.

Cissy was very upfront and HONEST about every minor detail as she gave us the tours of the properties we were interested in, especially since they were done over Facetime due to Covid and the distance from LA.

Even after purchasing our home, Cissy is always there for us. She always has good references and helps us with any lingering questions that we may have.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We came across a house we wanted to see on Zillow and for once the agent they recommended was amazing. She met us at the house the same day. She also brought us comparable properties that we could go see if that was not the right fit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She shared her advise that in this crazy market we were working backwards. We were preapproved but would need to sell our house first. After our first meeting we switched gears and focused on prepping our house to sell. The house was put on the market Thursday before Labor Day and was shown as an open house all that weekend. Monday, we had competitive offers over asking. The closing was smooth, effortless and stress- free. We made on the sale above what we were hoping for and that is directly due to the outstanding advice and advocacy Cissy offered. The purchase of our new home went just as smoothly.
