My car could not be replaced for the amount given my total loss vehicle. I asked the adjuster where did they find the amount that was given for the loss due to the fact I researched as well. I was told they had researched autos in surrounding areas that’s how they came up with what was going to be the settlement. I did the same identical research and came up with not one that was the same make, model, year or similar mileage for the amount that I was given. At that point I was told I could get an appraisal done to find out if anything would change. Too much to in my opinion. I don’t have a problem with the office staff they are very virtuous and professional.

I was very upset that my previous Insurance was going up on my policy, and when I asked why I was very disappointed with the answer they gave me. So I mentioned to my sister Maria whom is with Allstate and referred me to you, she texted all the info of Mr. John Carlton and at the same moment I emailed Mr. John Carlton and I was amazed on how quickly he responded, and how professional he quoted me and explained to me how I will be saving in the future.
