They never picked up the phone for the Lyft hotline despite offering it as a contact at the bottom of emails, i tried multiple times snd waited over 20 minutes while the phone just kept dialing. I went through three agents as they adjusted the claim. Two of the agents never picked up the phone and replied to emails late if at all, and my car was almost sold by the auto body shop because they neglected to pick it up until threatened with a liensale. I did eventually get paid for the claim but the process seemed stressful and neglectful.
