Horrible Service. We have been trying to make a mailing address charge for months however have not been able to do so. Our agent is not responsive and all the employees here have no sense of urgency and professionalism.

LaBarre/Oksnee Insurance and the team have been sorting out our insurance needs for something like eleven years now. We have had our HOA insurance always at great rates and, best of all, with straightforward support throughout this entire time. We have changed insurers once or twice over the years based on recommendations where a better rate or better services were found. I sincerely appreciate this service. Before giving these folks a call, insurance was always a grey area and never fun. Zach Miller and everyone we have spoken to at LaBarre/Oksnee Insurance have always been kind and helpful to us in every single instance. They make insurance easy and - strange as it may be - fun. Things are always better when people are friendly, and either way, it means a lot to me.

LaBarre/Oksnee has been our insurance agent for many years. Zach Miller and his team are indeed a dream team when it comes to Customer Service. We use them for many HOAs we manage all around southern California. LaBarre/Oksnee are not only very knowledgeable but have a quick turn-around time as well. I highly recommend LaBarre/Oksnee because of their excellent service and above-and-beyond attitude.

I do not understand how a company fails to recognize that they have received a duplicate payment for an invoice, yet they went ahead and deposited the duplicate (that our HOA mgmt company mistakenly issued), and two months later we're still looking for the refund check which supposedly got lost in the mail.

This insurance company was hired by our association Woodview Patio Homes back in June I had a claim at the end of June with severe water damage. It is now February and my claim is still pending the adjuster nor the supervisor get back to me eight month and still can't move back in to my house because they are still review the claim. This company doesn't even have there own adjuster they contract from outside so you are at their mercy when your claim will get process. Worst company I have ever dealt with no sense of urgency. I can bet that I wont even hear from them even after this post. In order to post you have to put a star they don't even deserve a star.

Keith Hatch was a godsend in the midst of hopelessness. I had an insurance case with my HOA where they and the insurance adjuster were difficult to work with and caused many delays. I had fronted a lot of money for the expenses to fix everything but it had almost been a year since the incident and everything was at a standstill. Keith stepped in one day, heard my side, and immediately did everything he could to help me out. Within a week, he was able to get everyone on the same page and finalize the final steps of my case. I am very grateful for Keith and he would be my go-to guy in the future.

It seems like a few homeowners with individual claims reached out to LaBarre that handles the master policies. The individual, HO-6, carrier will lead on the water damage claim which can then be subrogated against the master (represented by LaBarre / Oksnee). Hence the delay in a few of the cases. Labarre is the broker, not the carrier. I say this as an insurance professional that competes against them. Seems like some confused reviews but no shocking, insurance is usually frustrating for all. This firm does had a well-earned great reputation. When you are the largest HOA brokers, insuring millions of units, there will of course be the .01 that felt wronged.

This is a scam of an insurance company for charging $80+ just to obtain evidence of insurance.

Edited to add after business owner's response: we deal with insurance agent's for condominiums all over the U.S. and it is rare for any of them to use EOIDirect.com. 99% of them just complete it themselves at no cost, as it's a part of the service they provide to their customers. The $80 is an additional expense that customers will incur from Labarre Oksnee and is not standard in the industry in any way, shape or form. If you are in charge of a homeowner's association I'd encourage you to look into your other options for insurance.
