Jackie has helped me through many complicated bookkeeping situations and is a wonderful teacher if you need extra guidance. Jackie looked like a really promising option when we needed a tax accountant.
We emailed her, multiple times. Not one reply.
We called her, multiple times. Straight to voicemail.
I'm not fussed if an accountant tells me they have too much work in March and April to take on mine. I am fussed when they're a black hole, and I'm left wondering if they're even in business at all.
