Horrible Customer service!!! Waste of time !!! They schedule and appointment with a client and it's never on time. You will come and sit in a crowded smelly lobby and wait for way over an hour after your appointment time. The reception lady is not friendly and when you ask her what's the problem she says you can go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and gheto. I do not recommend this play as it's a pure waste of your time. 3-10-18. Do NOT make the mistake of doing your taxes here.

Don’t go here unless you like wasting your time. Had a 6pm appointment I booked 6 weeks ago. Showed up and was asked to come back an hour and a half later. Came back at 7:30 and was told we were next, sat there for another 25 mins and left. The girl at the front needs a major lesson in customer service too.

Been coming here for 5 years and 2 years with my wife. Never had any problems. Call and make an appointment. Usually come in March. This year "2022", I came in May and they helped me out. Definetly Recommend V K Tax Services!!

fixed a mistake by these guys who had changed the address for the client and the client never received the money or NOA. It took a phone call to CRA to fix it with the client waiting in the office after hours for 3hrs. The client was not impressed the tax prep place changed the address to theirs, CRA was also shocked that happened. CRA will be investigating them for tax fraud.

Have Been to many different tax preparation places before we found this place from. Recommendation.
Favorite tax place for our family.
Ludmila and Nikolai have your back. Any tax previous problems, they fix in a easy simple flow. Have your paperwork ready.
Reading some negative comments for this place is just out of my mind. Waiting in the lobby is only if the client ahead of you was not prepared. Be prepared and they are super fast educated to do a great exquisite job ? ?.
Sisters brothers who have their own business love their perfessional input and quick thinking skills. I've been there different seasons of the year, and didn't smell any stuffinesess unless you just got unlucky to sit by someone who didn't shower. You can always wait in your car and receive a text or call when ready.
Snacks and coffee available at all times when I was there.

Great Costomer Service!!! First of all Thank you to the front desk Girl for for taking her time and offering us some coffee and sweets that was very kind!! Also, Communication was great with Yelena the tax preparer, she took time to communicate with us in regards to the questions we had about our taxes. Once again Thank You So Much Yelena and the rest of the team. We truly felt welcomed and left with a happy heart.!!! Recommend this place to everyone!!!
