I was very pleased with the Customer Service I received from Grace Jacobs. She was very helpful, answered my questions and explained everything very well. I had always heard that Allstate was high in price with their products, but I was very happy with the quotes I received. It felt like these guys were trying to save money over getting my life back on track.
It also felt like the reason it took longer to get my car repaired was because I chose a repair shop that was not in their "network", even though I chose one of the few shop in Southern California with Certified Technicians for my car.
They needed to spend $2000 more to completely repair my car new but they decided to go with used headlights.
Four used headlights later, they finally got them right, it costs the extra $2000 dollars. It costs me an extra two and a half months without my car.

Just called the office...of course it's all automated. Had question on when auto renewal bill would be received; received declaration month ago. Don't think it's necessary to give date of birth when the system is given policy number. Evidently no one was in office as I ended up trying to speak with a person who I could not understand, who was not in the Citrus Heights office I was calling. Ended up hanging up. Why have an office when I can't speak with anyone there ..not a happy customer!

Some difficulties with communication which is odd in this day and technologic advanced. Outsourcing of call center to foreign countries which always bothers me. You want our money? Keep Americans employed. No claims, no points, no tickets, yet rate increased 33% for six months term. Had to look elsewhere for coverage and happily rewarded for my changes! (Same vehicles, equal coverage package) Never renew before researching options. Especially w/excellent driving history.
