Mr. Johnson was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of finding me the most affordable coverage for my vehicle. Also set me up with the SR-22 to get my license reinstated from the DMV the next day to get me back on the road again. All this in less than 45minutes. Good job

I spoke with Cynthia and she was very helpful and called me back right away about my car insurance quote. Yeah I’m sure you get what you pay for for but honestly all insurance companies are pretty slimy so might as well go with an affordable one. Plus she was very nice and answered all of my questions. I loved my experience.

I’ve been doing business with them since Feb this year, my agent Alex has been helpful in looking for the best quote for my car insurance, since I have a recent accident has been hard to keep the good quotes. My only complaint to them is that they take an extremely long time getting back to you when you request a change in the policy, it took me about 1.5 hours to make changes to my policy, sign the papers and receive finally the new proof of insurance, they really need to improve this, people have busy lives and no time for waiting this long.
Overall good service, besides the responsive time, something that I really hope is improved.
