If I could do 0 stars I would. This company has been giving us a runaround since day 1. Unfortunately we didn’t know much about WC and GL insurance yet we took it out with them thinking they would help. They charged about $200 to take out the policy something I hadn’t heard of and I’ve asked around and other agency’s don’t do that because they get commission from the Insurance companies on policies anyway.
Point being. We had to cancel the policy 2 months after getting it, we signed the paperwork to cancel and here it is 3 years later and we still have issues with this showing it was active and now canceled for nonpayment. All because they didn’t care to do their job properly! They made their money and commission and all they said is it was our fault we never sent it in but we can’t do anything at this point.
I will be reporting to the DOI!

Le daria 0 estrellas (pero no me deja poner mi comentario)... pague 6 meses de aseguranza y tuve un pequeño accidente hace dias y cuando me contacta la aseguranza me dicen que mi seguro de carro esta cancelado desde hace 15 dias cuando yo confiada me faltan 2 meses para pagar otros 6 meses, ni la que me hablo sabia porque motivo ahi mostraba que estaba cancelada asta que hable a esta oficina nuevamente y ellas disque investigaron que no haceptaron unos papeles para un descuento y por eso se me cancelo antes y en su momento nunca me explicaron nada de un descuento y yo muy confiada que tenia aseguranza realmente pésimo trabajo mala información y servicio a los nuevos clientes!
