For almost three years now I have been insuring my work vehicle with Susan, her conduct as my insurance agent exceeds expectations. Recently, two vehicles were added to my family. Susan Cappo is the best of the best. She’s responsive, jumps in to help when we need it and has been a great resource when we moved into the same community as her and needed some guidance on schools, swim teams etc.

When our refrigerator water tube broke...flooding our kitchen... Susan walked me through each step of the claims process. Our direct State Farm claims manager was extremely responsive as well. A few years later Susan jumped right in to help when someone hit my car. The process was seamless and Susan kept me calm when I was frantic about the damage. She has a soothing personality. Susan takes action and is extremely reliable. I highly recommend her!

After being dropped by our long term carrier due to fire risk, Susan was not only able to provide coverage for our home, but was able to also provide auto & umbrella coverage for LOWER than what we were paying! WINNING! Susan is very responsive and professional and didn't seem evenly moderately annoyed by our million questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
