Should never came here for car insurance. The lady with the flat round face named Angie does NOT explain the all important details to new first time customers. She's not professional and failed to mention everything that is NEEDED to know. I had a issue with them ever since I started my insurance. I tried to speak to Angie over the phone about my issue with a over payment and she was very disrespectful over the phone rude kept cutting me off in sentence and condescending! Being who I am after that I came to the office with a friend to speak to her face then all of a sudden her tone changed when I was in the same room as her. She couldn't help me at all. I will be reporting her and whoever DANIEL is with the National General Insurance company because omg I have never met professional people this disrespectful to their paying customers. Wish I checked the reviews first because seem like everybody having terrible experience with this sorry excuse of a company.

I do not recommend this business for taxes at all.
My very good friends had her 2019 taxes done there back in March. They never received their refund, so after contacting IRS several times, they finally received a letter from the IRS requesting a form that needed to be sent at the time the original return was e-filed.
They naturally go back to Seabrokers Insurance to request a copy of the form that the IRS had requested so they can send it in. The treatment they received was appalling. They basically refused to help them.
If you decide to get your taxes done with these people, I hope you do not run into an issue because if you do then you are on your own.

If I could give them 0 stars I would have. They don't even deserve 1 star that is how unprofessional they are.
