After a long time with my previous state farm agent. I decided to go with Ray after the Mountain fire. I did not feel that my previous agent had my best interest. My home almost burned down and sustained heavy fire damage on the exterior of my property along with heavy smoke damage inside my home. I called Ray on a Sunday a few days after the fire had past. He stayed on the phone explaining my options and said that he will help me through the process. The next day (Veterans Day) he stayed on the phone as my agent for 2 hrs while i contacted State Farm explaining my losses. Who does that.. giving you his time on a weekend followed by a holiday on his day off. Ray Gonzalez does! I am glad i made the change. If you are looking for someone that will have your back when you need it the most, He is the one to call. There is a reason Ray has over 650 five star reviews. If your not happy with your current agent, give him a call, not only will he save you money but will make you feel like family. Thank Ray- Job well done!

I was searching for a new policy and attempted to speak with people from other agencies but was only met with automated systems. I reached out to State Farm and got to speak with Ray immediately, without a hassel, he gave me a quote and I was able to set it up with him over the phone. I continue to reach out, over the past year, with adjustments and additions and Ray is always on it even offering time availability outside of normal business hours. This has been very helpful with a large, active family, full time jobs, sports, college and regular life stuff. We are very grateful for his service. Thank you kindly, Ray!

Ray is the epitome of what customer service should be. He's like the family member or bestie that you call when things go awry! I have never had an insurance company or someone with the company care so much. As long as I have Ray I know I am in good hands. (I know that's the quote for Allstate, and it's meant to be since I switched from them and was blessed with Ray!) I can't say enough about Ray and his dedication, kindness, and overall compassion.
