I have been with Fugate INS for 27 years. They are by far the best INS company that I have ever had. The put your needs and interest priority #1, and help to get the right INS policy that fit your needs. They are definitely the most professional, personal, INS company that care and they go the extra mile to get thing done right.
I just want to say Thank you, to Jim, Kevin, Margo, and the rest of the staff at Fugate INS. (GREAT JOB THANK YOU!!)

I purchased a Policy from Fugate which was terminated by the company because the agent did not listen when I explained the property needs and filled out the paperwork incorrectly. They are convenient to me, so I tried to insure two more buildings with them. The first one I went with another agent as they quoted a policy with more coverage for less money, the second one, I waited for a week to hear back from them and during the following week, left two additional messages for a call back which I never received. I would not recommend Fugate to anyone who has multiple property needs. Instead I highly recommend Farmers who have been cheaper on some policies but always give great service and I can expect someone to respond quickly if I insurance needs.

I needed help finding insurance for an event and did not know where to turn. I called Fugate Insurance at the very end of the day, no less and Kevin was SO KIND and HELPFUL!!
He went out of his way to take my name and number and said he'd get online and try to find a solution to my dilemma. He did a lot of research and made phone calls and brainstormed with me, he went way out of his way to help me, and in todays world, you just don't usually get that kind of service. Even though he knew from the start and it was not something he'd be able to "sell me," he still tried to help me!! I highly recommend Fugate Insurance. Thank you Kevin!!

Way overpriced, almost 2 grand higher in 2021 then the cost from just 2 years ago but with next to no other options I'm sure they have realized the obvious by their actions of jacking up the price each year by $500 to $600. Can't wait to see how much they're going to dry duck me this year

Cant really say, since I waited five days, and never recieved a call back. When I called them they had no record of our earlier conversation, all I could get from Kevin Fugate was his fathers medical condition update... Very disappointed!!!
