I’m officially a first time homeowner! Mallory Simmons was our realtor. She made this entire process absolutely seamless. What a rockstar realtor!

We moved from Austin TX, which is 4 hours away from our new home. Mallory went LENGTHS to make sure me and my husband felt welcomed and comfortable in our new home town. She even helped my father in law find a beautiful home in the area so he could be close to us as we tackle this new chapter in our life. Our friends recommended us to this company and since day one Newberry has met our expectations! Mallory Simmons was our realtor and she did a fabulous job! She walked us through the whole process stress free! Answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns. Even went out of her way when there was doubt about the house not being big enough to fit certain furniture....she went to the house with us and measured the room! She handled the paperwork, phone calls, and on closing day sat with our 5yr old and kept her busy while my wife and I signed our papers! She is amazing!!! Even after it was all said and done she checked in to see how things are going and we ran into a problem with the house...she made the calls for me to get the issue resolved quickly! Highly recommended this company for all your housing needs!!!! Have a certain budget in mind...? They will work with you!

I can't express how grateful and thankful I am for Newberry real estate! Especially our realtor Mallory Simmons! She knocked it out of the park! She worked hard to find us the home that suited all our needs! From the very beginning she listened to us! Every question, every concern! She made every step of the home buying process easy! Even after closing on our house may 5th She reached out to us to make sure we were satisfied. A situation arose shortly after buying the home and I reached out to Mallory and she was on it! Helped me solve the problem in no time! I am forever greatful for Mallory and making our dream of being a home owner a reality! If you are in need of a realtor, you'll kick yourself if you don't reach out to Mallory Simmons, Realtor. I ultimately chose her because we both have backgrounds in education, but I was not prepared for what I would get! She is kind, thoughtful, honest, and will work her tail off to find you the perfect home. She never hesitated to show me the same house twice, and she stood beside me every step of the way, as this was my first time purchasing a home of my very own.
