This office has handled my insurance for many, many years. The office is very friendly. I have enjoyed working with Janet. She is always so nice and helpful. She is quick to answer my emails and is very responsive to my needs and requests. I was recently hit by another car and the process to get the repairs went very smoothly through State Farm. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at Beths State Farm office. I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. My agent retired and my policies were transferred to another office. I found Beth's office via a search and was intrigued by the reviews so I called. From the minute I called, I was blown away. Janet was amazing with sharing the process and answering my initial questions. Janet and Marisol were amazing with keeping me informed of when my policies were transferred.

I set up a meeting as I needed to get quotes on my husband's vehicle since he was with Allstate. Janet was amazing from the minute we walked in. From start to finish, the process was seamless. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. We signed up my husband's vehicle and motorcycle. We also reviewed my policies. On the way out we met Beth. She was also extremely professional, friendly and so welcoming. Such an amazing experience. I asked Janet to follow up with earthquake insurance quotes and of course, the next morning, they were in mt inbox!
