I am not a "heavy user" of Core Group services, being a small LLC, but in each case when I have had a question or an issue,. they have been "on it" (as my Dad used to say, "Like a duck on a June bug"). The best moment was when I was tagged with ransomware, and TCG got 99% of my stuff back in three days, without my having to pay zippo. You will like them!
