I was working for this company 5 days a week and they took a day away from me eventhough I was there longer than any of the other employees,i was the only one that got a day taken away from them...they offered me a position but failed to tell me it was a supervisor position till I had already agreed to it,which was an insult to me since I was already making more as a regular guard.They lied about reaching out to me numerous times when I hardly got any phone calls from them and you have to call them all day and beg to get their attention,I get I'm not the only employee that needs attending to but it's ridiculous how bad this company is being runned and how they don't care about their employees aslong as they keep their jobs and cover their asses.I never met Edwin or any of the other office supervisors or personnel in person but Edwin would call alot when he needed help to cover a shift but took a day away from me in the blink of an eye....unprofessional indeed.

Gardaworld retaliates against employees who report unprofessional behavior and discrimination. Furthermore, they claim to hire qualified security officers, but only 2 out of ten, or less, are actually qualified. They are dishonest with their clients; there are times when guards don't show up to work and are not replaced, yet they still charge the clients.

This place has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Hiring people has a huge time with lying through their teeth on when they will get back 2u. Office girl was stupid by telling me I didn't need my guard card untill after I'm possibly chosen then office manager tells me I need it. They refuse to look on california bsis website and take that as legit info. They refused to look at the info on the bsis website and match it with my commercial drivers license. Now I'm beginning to understand why everyone hates this place. Don't ever take them up on their promises to call you or email you because you will never hear back from them
