I don’t know how to give this company less stars than one.

They are a horrible predatory company.!!!!
This company Preys on Poor people.
Or people with Finance problems.

Don’t allow your dealers to give you this company as a finance company.
They are predators to people fixing their credit . They will sue you in small claims for money you don’t owe them . They will place tracking devices on your car to keep an eye on you and harass you. Beware of this company.

Terrible PREDATORY company!!! Oh my god I didn’t believe my husband when he said they would dodge his calls and pretend “Ms. baker” wasn’t in the office. So I called myself and asked for her and got right through to her. These ppl play games, are rude, & unprofessional. If you ask them questions about important things regarding your car, they get smart and tell you “I don’t have to deal with you” & will literally hang up on you. If they tell you they’ll call back, good luck because you’ll be waiting to the end of NEVER’aury! Please don’t do business with this company they really are a predatory company!

First Time Finance was telling me I don't have car insurance and over charging me on my car payments. Now there saying there are certain months I didn't make a car payment which I did and have the receipts. I'm gonna file a complaint because this is BS and I'm glad I read these reviews because I knew something fishy was going on here.

I hate this company if we are able to sue let me know ! They take advantage of people ! The only person who works with you is Martha other then that the lady’s are rude to my parents always screaming and telling them nonsense saying if they don’t wanna pay or drive the car for free ! Worst finance company ever ! If anyone knows if we can sue for harassment , and or them basically calling us poor let me know !

Terrible experience with this company. They went and got a judgement on me and sat on it for 5/7 years. They let 800 become 1200!! Before they began to garnish my wages. My company continues to garnish past the owed amount because they have not received a letter stating it's paid in full from either them or the sheriff's. They use the court system and LA Sheriff to come after you for 800 dollars they could have wrote off. Do not do business with this company! The county, judges, and Sheriffs are complicit in their business practices.

If I could give the company a zero I would. Do your research before getting vehicles from these company. It’s one of the worse company’s ever and there cars are horrible I haven’t even had the car for a year and the cats are bad already. I wish I did my research first. Beside the customer service is even worse Pricilla horrible human has been nothing but threatening. Say she can take the vehicle just like that.
