Eig null Sterne... Eine simple Rechnungsbegleichung nach akzeptierten KVA dauert jetzt schon über 8 Wochen. Mehrmaliges Anrufen brachte immer die gleiche Ausrede "Urlaubszeit". Zum Vergleich... Die LVM regulierte einen ähnlichen Vorgang in 4 Tagen... Beides zeitgleich los geschickt... Die Caritas Olpe sollte sich definitiv eine andere Versicherung suchen...

Bereits seit einem Monat warten wir auf die Regulierung des Wasserschadens in unserem Kirchenzentrum. Trotz zwei unsererseits erfolgten Kostenvoranschlägen und 2 Sachverständigen von der Versicherung, die vor Ort waren. Nun will die Versicherung noch ein Angebot und noch einen Sachverständigen schicken.. Und das im Dezember, mitten aller Fest-Gottesdienste, mit sehr vielen Besuchern, haben wir teils abgerissene Wände, Tapeten... Das ist absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Wir berichten weiter, wie die Sache zu Ende geht....

Nicht zu emfehlen, keine seriöse Korrespondenz, Kündigung bzw. Widerruf der Einzugsermächtigung wurde ignoriert. Bestehende Versicherungen wurden ohne Rücksprache ins Portfolio übernommen.

Kaum erreichbar, mir wurde im Dezember 2014 während einer Operation mein Verlobungsring gestohlen - bis heute ist dieser Schaden nicht beglichen.
