Sold a property in October. Started out with never received an "I'm your closing agent/company" introduction either by email, mail or phone. After weeks we finally received a computer generated email requesting info - with no closing agent name or contact information provided. We had to email and ask questions because no information was offered. There were a lot of fees, more than we remember from past closings but the one that got us shaking our heads was a $25 fee that both the buyer and seller each had to pay for using secure document communications (i.e. email).

At closing the paperwork was in order and quickly signed (5 minutes). We were waiting for our money only to find out that we would not receive it until the next day. What? Why were we not told this prior to closing? Why were things not arranged with the buyer so that we would have our money at closing? The buyer ended up accessing the property for over 24 hours before we received the money.

This closing process was not handled professionally or in a personable manner from the beginning.

I wish I could give them no stars. Our experience was horrible. They had ample time to finalize our closing documents, because the property almost sold, that buyer backed out at the last minute, then we purchased it. All told, they had around 3 months with the property documents and still asked for 2 extensions. At our closing, which was the last possible day our financing was approved (because of the 2 extensions), our closing appointment took over 3 hours and we didn't finish. Our closing agent became very upset with us for "rushing" her into the closing and repeatedly told us in the room that we should have given her more time. Then, she waited until after 5 pm to contact our bank, so they had already closed and she accused us of choosing a "bad" lender. Thankfully, we had a great realtor (Tracy Gardner) who went back there the next day to finalize everything for us. This included getting our refund, because the closing company never even told us how much money to bring to closing, because she "hadn't gotten that far yet". All through the process, they never returned calls, they were rude and very unprofessional. Other reviews online show we're not the only ones to experience this horrible service. I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

Everything is done perfect and on time. If sometimes occur during the closing they’ll fix it immediately.

Piss poor customer service regarding providing title insurance. Sat on docs for 11 day's then sent a email instead of a phone call. The email basically said that the file is to detailed. No explanation.
