I fell getting out of the shower. I had to go to the E.R. Had to get some stitches. When I called my agent ,Tristan VanBogart , he quickly started the claims process. He was great. He made sure I was taken care of. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you Tristan!

Cannot say enough good things about Tristan VanBogart!! He came into my office to see my Director about insurance. I asked if he could help me with a personal insurance matter, that I couldn't get any answers from my agent. I explained what was going on and he jumped in and started making phone calls, sending messages etc. (Even though this is not the area he normally deals with). Over the next several months, many phone calls, meetings and text's, we finally have things straightened out!! I'm so happy that he walked into my office that day!!

I have tried calling for several day to this agency and still no one will answer the phone. The agent that I thought was handling my Cancer policy is giving me the run around Michael Hixson . He has had my checking info since early Dec 2023 and I have emailed him- spoke with him, and from our conversations he has the attitude he doesn't care. I would not recommend this agent at all. In fact I will find take my business to AFLAC.

Dealing with this office has been the worst experience. We have called and e-mailed for months and Mr. McClain has never once returned a phone call. We’ve spoken with Jessica, who takes our information and says she’ll have him call us back. He never has. We had to call Nick Smith (our previous rep who moved to Huntsville) to get some sort of response, and even he could not sort out all the mistakes going on in our account. We’ve been charged premiums for months for an employee who doesn’t have life insurance. When we explained this to John Robertson (another local rep) he denied it. Then ironically that same week we received a check in the mail refunding the money drafted for our employee, the one they said didn’t exist. Additionally, the charges for the remaining employees are not accurate. We’ve spoken with Liz Pierce (another rep) at length and she has stated “I’ll stay on Clint until he calls you”. Why does she have to stay on him to sort this out? Why doesn’t he just phone his clients? We called customer service and they offered to give us the phone number for … Clint McClain. I cannot make this story up. We have fraudulent charges and still no recourse for resolving the situation.
