Cindy Anderson is amazing! She has always made sure our Towing & Recovery business has the right amount of insurance and when we were first starting out, she gave me lists of people to contact for more towing business. Buyer beware!!! The agent (Aaron Buck) that sells the policies doesn't know what is ACTUALLY covered. He assured us that we would be covered in all of the 'extreme' situations. Turns out the only thing the policy covers is if the renter hits something or rolls the vehicle, Nothing Else! The policy only covers a fraction of everything and anything that could possible happen. You buy insurance to BE COVERED! This company doesn't cover anything!
The adjuster that worked on the claim didn't do any sort of investigation! On day one, he sent the claim to the Legal department to assess their own liability rather than actually doing his job as an adjuster. The adjuster simply took the statement of the renter and the police officer and that was the premise for denying the claim, that was their full investigation.
Very unprofessional people all around, and in every department. Typical insurance company to sell you the world and deny every claim! We didn't so mush as get a phone call or email communication of the claim. It was sent snail mail. What a way to treat your customers!

There is NO WAY I removed NOR disconnected the gear lever on my end.. ANDREZ BOLADO, the tow operator that towed my truck disconnected the gear lever under my truck and did not put it back. Great investigation Eldon, not. Ask a real mechanic, if you don't or cared to know, to properly resolve the issue.
