I should have updated this sooner. The agents who made this business so excellent moved on and I had to find a new agent. I did get to speak with Ben Samrick, once. This was after 4 previous attempts to get a question answered about my policy. After that conversation, I knew it was time to find an agent who is accessible and respectful. I no longer recommend Ben Samrick.

I have never had any problems with this office, have always been able to reach someone when I needed to, and have always been treated with geniune courtesy and respect. State Farm itself could take a lesson from Ben and his staff on how to treat and retain customers.

He also mentioned the need for umbrella coverage and the advantages of bundling auto policy with our homeowners policy.
