Requested a quote and received email from Tina H that they would not provide one and gave reasons that were correctable if I were given the chance to explain. Would not return my call and did not respond to emails. Never had a chance to speak to her guess they don’t want my money.

First insurance agency or brokerage I've called in a long time where a real live person answers the phone instead of a phone tree, and then I get transferred to a real live underwriter instead of voicemail. Keep up the great work, thanks for the info Sue!

Worst customer service ever. Dealt with Tina H, who was very dismissive from the start. When she actually looked at our application, months after it was submitted, she didn't try to ask follow up questions, just said no even though we agreed to provide the additional information she asked us for (owners manuals) for firearms manufactured. Disappointed this was a NSSF recommendation.

This has got to be one of the worst if not THE worst gun insurance company ever. I strongly advise that anyone considering them rethink it and look elsewhere. They are completely clueless when it comes to customer service, don't communicate with each other and I certainly hope you don't need to get in contact with them; More specifically Michael Richards & Toni Rouse. You'd have better luck finding a ride to the moon. They run their insurance thru a third party (Granite State) if anyone cares, and they do not honor their agreements or commitments with clients. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
