In all my years of dealing with thousands of business professionals, this is easily one of the standout relationships I have made. From the first conversation, I knew this guy was different in his integrity and genuine desire to improve the position of his clients.

Long story short, I found myself between a rock and a hard place with a multifamily transaction that needed a rush insurance policy for my buyer’s lender in the next two days. Chris answered my call on a Saturday evening of Father's Day Weekend and walked me through what would need to happen in order for this to be possible. He proceeded to answer my many calls, emails, and texts to submit an application that evening and bind a policy on Monday. If the turn around on this request was not impressive enough, the quote, coverage, and terms also beat out the other three on the table.

When the lender came back and changed their requirements for the policy, Chris took the news with patience and grace and went back to the drawing board for us again. For a second time, he managed to turn around a policy in record time while coordinating with the lender, escrow, and myself.

I can wholeheartedly stand behind Chris Wilson and will refer him to all of my clients moving forward.

Just have to say Chris is THE guy to go with for insurance on unique properties. We did a short 6 day close on a mixed-use building (restaurant below, apartments up top) and called Chris as a hail-mary to get the property covered by closing day. He did it in 24 hours.
