Recently I have spoken on the phone twice to Mia regarding my home, earthquake and auto insurance. I must say, she’s the best of the best. She’s very knowledgeable, knows her doings and gives excellent recommendations. Her attitude and conversation were very professional, warm and good.
At the same time, without mentioning names, a few others were not that good.
