I cannot say enough good things about this tax group! Paula and her team are wonderful. She helped my sister file her 2022 taxes and the experience was so great. My sister had more than a few different jobs in 2022 and it was generally a tough year. She was nearly late to file too because an employer never sent the W2 and we didn’t know what to do about it, but Paula was able to get the W2 on her behalf and get everything filed in time and my sister got a nice refund as well. Paula is knowledgeable, communicative, compassionate, kind, and very enjoyable to work with. If you’ve had a bad experience with a preparer, you need a change, or your preparer has retired or closed up shop, please consider her. She does a wonderful job. She is also an EA so she has more knowledge and training than your average CPA and that gave us a lot of relief to trust that everything was filed correctly. Thank you!

Ms. Paula is a highly knowledgeable tax consultant. However, I have encountered issues with the team's level of professionalism and their unresponsiveness.
I have been asked to send the signed power of attorney and social security numbers of family members, hoping that she will take my case on. After waiting for four weeks, I have called and emailed to inquire about an update. However, my emails and calls have gone unanswered, and every time I call, I am asked to leave a message, which I have done on numerous occasions.

I hope this team understands the stressful nature of dealing with back taxes for individuals. If they are unwilling to accept me as a client, I would greatly appreciate it if they were more upfront from the beginning. One full month has passed, and during this period, I have incurred interest and penalties, which she assured me would be taken care of when we file the return. My advice to individuals seeking tax consultation is to sign the agreement before sending any legal documents and to not wait longer if they do not respond promptly.
