We were on our way to Florida when we heard an awful scraping sound coming from underneath our car. We immediately pulled over on the side of the interstate, called AAA, and waited. Matt from Dirty South Towing came and saved the day! He arrived quickly and was extremely professional. My mother and I were a bit shaken up, but he calmed us down and chatted with us on the way to our destination. It was not how we wanted to spend our day by any means, but I am so thankful for Matt’s kindness in the stressful situation. I can’t recommend Dirty South Towing enough!

Five stars does not do them justice if I could give Dirty South Towing a 10 I would. We had a customer who locked his keys in his car and they are elderly and not in best health. Brittney was so responsive and Kevin was there in no time and had their car unlocked and them on the road! He was so nice and professional. Thank you to the whole Dirty South Towing Team they will have my business for sure.

I can not say enough great things about the kind, helpful folks at Dirty South. Amberly, Karen, Brittney, and Paul are all professional and knowledgeable!

From Paul pulling my daughter (learning to drive, the wrong way) out of a ditch to Amberly and Karen rescuing me in the middle of the night, 60 miles away from home!

The dispatchers (Amberly and Brittney) are very communicative regarding driver availability and location. All of them are personable and provide a great service.

No one wants to deal with being broken down or stuck but they've always turned a bad situation into a situation that is tolerable, and even pleasant.

If you're broken down in the North Alabama region, call them! If you have Road Side Assistance, request they contact Dirty South. You'll be happy you did!

Mr.Oliver came out so fast for me because my phone was dying and I was alone at late night!!! This man was amazing!! He helped me out too the fullest, he was like 45-60 mins away and got to me quick!! I was in shock at how fast he came out! He showed true professionalism and amazing customer service this man deserves a raise or promotion or something!!! Thank you Oliver for all your help on my " everything went wrong night" much love the dog groomer!!! ?

Matt came out on time to estimate, was attentive, helpful, and provided beyond great service by correctly diagnosing the problem and helping me get to a repair shop to identify the part, the repair steps needed, and set me up for success.

Saved me lots of money on mechanic repair fees!

If all experiences at Dirty South are this level, I never want any other company to show up.

Our tow driver, Matt, was fantastic. I went to go pick up a rental vehicle while the tow truck was on the way, and he kindly stayed with my wife and six month old while I was gone. He was extremely friendly and courteous, immediately offered for them to get out of the hot weather and into the air conditioned cab. His cab was also extremely clean. Overall, amazing service from this company, especially if Matt is your driver.

Paul took excellent care of our family after we had a flat tire on the side of the interstate. We were traveling with our young child and were very nervous. He made us feel safe and contacted the dealership prior to our arrival. Very thankful for him and his service.
