For the past few weeks I've been trying to get in touch with Ashley Aguilar but she likes to play the sneaky game and never return my calls.
Someone hit my car and I have been trying to get the insurance at fault to pay for damages but stalling and ignoring is what this company likes to do.
The only way to get something moving is by having my attorney take care of this!

By far the worst company to deal with involving auto insurance claims! I waited over 2 months to finally receive partial compensation. After I Submitted the second half of the estimates for damage I haven't heard back for this unethical company and since then it's been about 3 weeks. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau!

Been waiting over 2 months for compensation. They act like they don’t care. Lie and tell you there waiting on a rental car company to keep prolonging the situation. I am going to have someone investigate this. And report them.

I have been trying to get in touch with "Ashley Aguilar" for the past month she's a Claims Adjuster working for this company.
She has never called me back after many voicemails with my info and claim number.
I will start contacting my attorney to take legal action against this company because you can't get anything done by being nice!

Good luck if you get stuck with them. Don’t expect your money when promised. Give them at least a month after the promised date to receive your money. It’ll “accidentally” get sent to the wrong city, it’ll be overnighted but not actually overnighted, and it’ll finally show up. The employedd are esssentially worthless and will spin whatever lie they feel like to get you to leave them alone. And trying to talk to a supervisor? 😂😂 they “don’t have access to that information.”

As a workman's comp insurance (last 7years) they won't reimburse me for ($14) prescription. They refuse to pay my doctor.They are cheap and unresponsive like the attorney I had and fired!
