I'll rate overall customer service as average. Don't go to any bank on the beginning of the month. Seniors already in line to withdraw their SSI money. I got there 15 mins before the bank opens and already a long line outside the bank.

Horrible customer service. I HATE that my company banks here so I have no choice but to come in to do deposits...Rude,no people skills ..waited in line 20min then someone walks up to the teller and says I have a deposit .Nevermind there are people waiting in line..Jerks,no Hi Nothing!!! 1 star is too much...you sux East West Bank !!!Horrible,horrible, worst customer service ever.....

The customer service are rude and disrespectful. For those that have to bank here just use the mobile bank. It saves time and hassle
