Unhelpful, slow to answer any requests, tries to charge for public records. Have had the counties interfere for them to provide me with public data that they have a responsibility to disclose. Josephine Moses was not helpful at all and tries to charge for free data that they have direct access to but choose not to provide because they are too lazy. Horrible company

They are a horrendous company to deal with. They are outsourced from a company called ygreene who is partnered with best home services. Their communication with clients is slow to non existent. They never call you back when you are told they will. They take your money quickly but refuse to follow through with their end of required paperwork for weeks/months without extensive hoops. NEVER would we recommend this company to anyone.

They sent me letters that I owe tax money on land I own. I called back and they want to charge 35$ to make a quote of what I owe and who to pay. I called the county and they gave me a quote over the phone for free. What a misleading service.
