This company does not respect their customers or any potential customer. I attempted to go through a pre-approval process and the representatives ran my credit once, didn’t hear anything for a couple days so I followed up with the loan officer and never heard anything for two weeks. Moved on to another company and Hamilton Mortgage company continued to run my credit three more times within a two month period. Had to lock my credit report so they could not continue and still have not had any response from a representative from their company or the initial loan officer. I’ve now experienced a negative effect on my credit and I’m going through the process of removing said inquiries because of their miscommunication and negligence. If you value your time and credit status avoid this company.
