I switched to Katherine Wong's office from another State Farm agent because it was important for me to support women in business. I didn't expect much since I hadn't interacted with my prior agent much (and that office had a less-than-stellar assistant who was often more headache than help). I can attest that EVERYONE in Katherine Wong's office is not only helpful, but educated on policy issues, friendly, polite, and kind. As a bonus, her entire staff is female. I feel confident calling her office for any question at any time, and I know I will get the right answer right away. I was even once emailed back from a member of her staff while that staff person was on maternity leave! While I rarely *need* to call on my insurance agent, each time I have, I've been VERY IMPRESSED, and I will stay with Katherine for as long as I am able.
