I call this company when I need to do a claim for a Lifetime Toyota Battery with my dealership. Last time Leon was the operator. Fast & painless. Sometimes other companies will have me hold for 45 miniutes or more only to get bounced to another person or hung up on.

called into to caregard to make a claim for a customer of mine and wow how easy it was when Marnia Wilhoite picked up the phone and started the process with me. was very friendly and thorough through the whole process. have been doing these claims for 3 years and this was the firs time someone offered to hang on the phone while submit pictures for approval. 5 stars all the way for marnia i hope they answer the phone every time i call

We purchased KeyGard insurance April 29, 2024 and needed to use it today to replace a lost key fob for our Ford Truck. To be honest, the dealer wasn’t very encouraging that this coverage would work out but it did - it went really well!
