Awful. This is my 3rd year having my taxes completed by Diversified Consultants. I could not be more disappointed with my experience this year. I had my taxes completed on February 8th, and when I called to check up on our return, I was told on March 16th that our taxes were never filed, and I would need to file my taxes manually. When I came in for my appointment, Josh seemed to have no idea who I was, and explained "well, we have a lot of people with the last name Walker that we work with, so I do not know why you are here." My last name is not Walker. When all was finally settled, I ended up needing to take my taxes to the post office to send manually. I will never return to this firm and will be seeking services elsewhere. I do not recommend their services to anyone.

Toni was great on doing my tax return. I did not have my bank account information so I called on the next business day to to give the information. I gave the information to the receptionist. Well after weeks of waiting for my tax return I called to confirm on it. Unfortunately it was NEVER FILED. So now I have to wait for weeks for my tax return to come. I asked to speak to Toni and was told she is very busy. So I left to have her call me. I'm pretty sure the message will not reach her.
So very disappointed and very unprofessional of that receptionist.

I've been using Toni to handle my family's taxes
for only two years but she's done an outstanding job. She's very fast, thorough, and charges the best price I've seen around. We were referred to her by friends and since then we have referred 2 more families to her. Everyone has been pleased. The staff is always warm and friendly, which makes a difference to me as well.

My family and I have been coming to Don Laski & his team of tax advisors since 2009 and we have always been well taken care of, everyone is very professional, we have never had any issues as stated below in the negative reviews, we always receive a copy of our taxes and it's our responsibility to secure & keep them in a safe place, the office staff is very diligent on having us in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend to everyone, ask for Toni she took over Don's clients after he passed away and she's just as amazing and obviously she was trained by the best.

This place was referred to me by my sister. She said they were amazing and that I would like them as well. Sad to say, my opinion of the place is the exact opposite.

After several attempts to contact them, I was finally able to secure an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I traveled over an hour to the office. Upon arriving (5-10 min) early, I soon realize that I was emailed 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment that they needed to cancel because property management forced everyone out of the building. I responded to the email, letting Toni know that I was there and she apologized and informed me she would call me the following day. Again, disappointed since that phone call never came. I’m assuming the call the next day did not occur because in the email I was promised a ”no-cost” service for being inconvenienced.

Some may have a wonderful experience with them, I however have not. And because of my horrible experience with them - I would recommend you seek service elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible!! I wish zero stars were an option. No sense of customer service. Absolutely none. We worked with Toni and she incorrectly filed our returns, blamed us for the miscommunication, attempted to charge us additional fees, and 3 months later I still don't know if they ever filed anything in our behalf, but I do know we paid them. They can't manage to keep simple appointments, they doesn't return phone calls or emails. There is absolutely no accountability in this office and no direct lines to speak to management (I assume they have management, but not certain). They promised we'd get a larger tax refund (that was the bait) and we fell for it. Complete headache trying to figure out what they have done, and what they haven't done. NEVER trust Diversified Consulting. Spare yourself the aggravation.

Horrible experience this morning. I called last week to schedule an appointment with Josh, who was referred to me by a friend. I asked the person that answered the phone if Josh was a CPA and was told yes. I needed help and advise on my filed 2018 taxes...Josh is not a CPA and pulled up my Corporated information on the Secretary of State Website and that is not why I was there! He repeatedly went over Corporate Law and IRS Law, again not what I was there for. He would not even look me in the eye or answer my question directly...I finally got up and said you can't help me I was under the impression I was seeing a CPA who could help me with taxes and bookkeeping moving forward. Unprofessional to say the least...this was a total waste of my time and money!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. SAVE YOURSELF THE INSULTS AND FRUSTRATION. Joshua is a pretentious, condescending, disrespectful unhelpful man with misogynistic vibes. I was referred to him by my mortgage lender, and I specifically told Joshua I needed help with my small business and with taxes. He could have professionally and politely declined to work for me, but instead he quickly took several hundred dollars from me and then became MIA. I never received 1 reply to every email I sent and I had to leave multiple voicemails over several days for him to finally call me back. He was so rude to me during this last call, that I am tempted to try to get my money back as he did not provide me with the services we agreed upon. He essentially told me that he is a “very busy man running a very successful business and I only worked for you one time so I don’t have time for you”. I was in shock. I feel that because I am a woman, and I have a small business he views me as the bottom of the barrel. Insulting and horrible experience. GO ELSEWHERE!
